The Housing Committee (Bostadsdelegationen)About the Housing Committee
If the tenant feel they have been terminated on incorrect grounds they can appeal the decision to the Housing Committee. Applications to the Housing Committee regarding termination shall be submitted as soon as possible, and no later than 8 weeks before the given termination date. The Housing Committee does not handle issues received after that date.
Tenants who wish to apply for exemptions from the study and union membership requirements shall also turn to the Housing Committee.
If you wish to send an application to the Housing Committee you can hand in your application at SSSB’s customer service centre (head office) or send it by post to the address on this page.
The decisions taken by the Housing Committee is final and cannot be appealed to Stiftelsen Stockholms Studentbostäder (SSSB), nor Stockholms Studentkårers Centralorganisation (SSCO). The Housing Committee does not handle applications from tenants in rent arrears (Sw. hyresskuld).
Do not send registered letters (Sw. rekommenderat brev) as the post processing is not handled by the person in charge of the Housing Committee
